| How to reach us | This site is run by Northstone Media Ltd. The best way to reach the editors is by email — we do not operate a phone support line, because we are not an operator. If your question is about a Runewager account, a deposit that has not landed, a withdrawal that is stuck or a bonus that was voided, you need to contact Runewager directly from inside your account page or via its own support channels, not us. We do not have access to any Runewager account.
For the slower kinds of requests — media kits, interview invitations, licensing of our content — see the next two sections for lead times and the details we need from you. | ||||||||||
| Media and press requests | Media requests are handled by the editorial lead, Nessa Baird. If you are writing a piece that cites a review on this site, email press@rune-wager.com with the publication name, the deadline and the specific page or figure you want to reference. We can confirm whether a figure is still current, point you to the page it came from and, where it helps, share the underlying notes. We do not supply ghostwritten content, we do not write sponsored posts and we do not accept paid placements on this site. The one commercial relationship we have is the affiliate link to Runewager, and that is disclosed on every page via the Affiliate Disclosure link in the footer. If you need a short on-the-record quote about the Runewager operator or the review process, write with a clear question and an acceptable deadline — we will reply inside two working days. | ||||||||||
| Response time | Our editorial desk is small and we reply inside two working days for most emails. Complex requests — anything that needs a reviewer to re-check a bonus flow, re-time a withdrawal or re-read a long terms-and-conditions change — can take up to five working days, and we will tell you so in the first reply. If you have not heard back inside five working days, assume the message was lost in a spam filter somewhere and write again from a different address. We would rather field a duplicate than leave a reader hanging. The desk does not operate on US public holidays and on 24–26 December; emails sent on those days are picked up the next working day. What we need from you to answer well. A one-line summary of the question in the subject helps us route the message to the right editor without opening it twice. A page URL, if your question is about a specific review, means we open the right page straight away. A screenshot, if your question is about something visual, saves a round trip of "could you send a picture?". And a sentence or two of context — what you were trying to do, what happened instead — turns a one-line question into something we can actually act on. None of that is required; all of it shortens the reply. What we cannot do, even quickly. We cannot resolve a dispute between you and the Runewager operator. We cannot speed up a payout that Runewager is sitting on. We cannot grant or revoke a bonus. We cannot access your account history and we cannot see your deposit log. The route for every one of those requests is Runewager’s own support, and if that fails, the regulator in the Runewager footer. Writing to us about an operator-side problem is a detour; writing to the operator is the direct path. After we reply. If our reply closes the loop, no further step is needed from your side. If it opens a new one — a request for a screenshot, a question about the exact terms clause you quoted — reply on the same email thread rather than starting a new one. That keeps the context in one place and shortens the next cycle. |
