- Complaints about content
If you think a page here is wrong, email editorial@rune-wager.com with the page URL and the specific claim you dispute. The editorial lead reviews every complaint inside two working days. If the complaint has merit, the page is corrected and a short correction note is added at the bottom of the page with the date. If the complaint does not have merit, we reply explaining why and point to the evidence we hold.
Complaints about the Runewager operator itself — a stuck payout, a voided bonus, an account closure — are not editorial complaints. We cannot resolve them. The route for those is through Runewager’s own support and, if that fails, the regulator named in the Runewager footer.
- The three principles we work to
Everything on this site is written to three editorial principles that pre-date any affiliate link.
First, operator facts are checked against the operator, not against a press release and not against a competitor review. If we cannot verify a figure on an active Runewager account, the figure does not go on the page.
Second, the review is the operator's record, not a sales pitch. If a cashier is slow at a specific rail, we say so, and we quantify it. If a bonus clause is unusually tight, we quote the clause.
Third, the affiliate link does not change the editorial score. Our commission is the same whether a reader signs up because the review was glowing or in spite of a review that pointed out three real problems. The two moving parts are independent, and the Affiliate Disclosure page explains the mechanics in full.
- Fact-checking
Every page here goes through a two-stage check before publication. The reviewer who wrote the page assembles the facts in a notes document, with a line reference for each: a screenshot timestamp, a terms-and-conditions clause number, a regulator page URL, or a dated withdrawal receipt. The second editor opens the operator account and spot-checks six to eight facts at random against the live site before the page goes live.
After publication, the page is spot-checked again every 90 days. If any fact has drifted, the page is rewritten and the Updated date moves. Minor edits (a typo, a broken link) are made without changing the Updated date, so that the date reflects editorial change rather than cosmetic cleanup.
